Military issue cam-over strap designed to be used in conjunction with the ALICE pack for securing larger and heavier loads. A full 60 inches long 1” in diameter, these can be used in a variety of ways to increase and enhance the carrying capacity of any pack or load. These are used-condition with some discoloration/scrapes on buckles. There is a “ladder buckle” and “smooth buckle” variation to these straps. The military issue alice pack came with several accessories. This cargo strap can be used in conjunction with the shelf and frame to allow the user to carry heavy and bulky loads. Note . The shelf is not included. this is just for the strap
