Military cold weather mukluk boots . Designed for use in dry cold conditions down to zero degrees F. The components of this system include 2 wool felt sole pads  in each tall zip-up canvas outer shell to seal in the warmth. This boot is super warm and comfy, but not waterproof-dry cold only. Refer to the arctic boots on this page for cold, wet conditions. Mukluks are designed to fit loose to allow for proper blood circulation, which is the key ingredient to keeping your feet warm. Used good condition. Size Small fits a 7-8 shoe size.
