Navy Dixie Cup Enlisted Hat, White Size 7 1/4 Medium FACTORY THIRDS. U.S. Navy issue sailors hat TYPE III. Dixie cup white cotton issue hat. The real deal, not an import/china copy. These hats were ready to go for enlisted sailors but the government stopped the production of these new hats and were discontinued-surplus out. STAINED CONDITION!
