Dated 1968 & 1969, this type of cover was only issued for a couple of years with the plastic fastener snaps. Mainly used by the Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict. New old stock condition with small blemishes from storage from original boxes.

I ordered the brand new version of this canteen cover, and it is in pristine condition, like it was made yesterday instead of 46 years ago. The brand new LC2 versions I purchased from Clothing Sales didn’t look this good. Thanks again, Omaha’s.
