12″ square with 2 pockets for organizing medical supplies. Military medics case made of white canvas duct or linen material. All have the medical caduceus US stamp on them and also U.S. Army Hospital Camp Leroy Johnson, LA. No date or maker stamps. They are used but clean with some staining.
