Warm and cozy WW2 and Korea era dated cotton flannel pajama trousers. Loose-weave, lightweight, roomy and comfortable. Distributed to patients in hospitals, usually in the rear area and mostly in the interior zone outside combat. Primarily for sleeping as convalescent suits were given out for daytime wear. They provided the wounded and recovering fighting personnel comfortable loose clothing to properly heal. New old stock with adjustable waist.
